Elfa Cleofe has been appointed as the complex director of sales and marketing for The St. Regis Lhasa Resort and Four Points by Sheraton Lhasa.

She has had 16 years of experience with Four Seasons Hotels, including the roles of director of marketing for Tokyo, and director of sales in New York and Philadelphia. Prior this, she was with the Ritz-Carlton Hotels in New York and Washington D.C.
