The Ritz Carlton Shanghai, Pudong, has announced the appointment of Kristy Lee as its director of sales and marketing.

A Hong Kong citizen with 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she first established her career at The Ritz Taipei following her graduation from Pacific Union College and her attainment of an MBA degree. She has worked in a number of major international hotel groups including Conrad International, Shangri-La, and Langham. Lee joined Ritz-Carlton in 2007 and participated in the opening task force of The Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou.
