U.S. Chief Of Staff Stays At The Westin Beijing Chaoyang The Westin Beijing Chaoyang recently hosted the U.S. Chief of Staff of the Army General George Casey Jr., who was on a five-day official visit to Beijing together with several senior members of the U.S. Army to meet with high-ranking officers of The People's Liberation Army. During his stay, General Casey met the hotel's general manager, Daniel R. Aylmer.
