Alan Tan Dong Fang has been appointed as the director of sales and marketing at the Capital Hotel in Beijing.

Tan has nearly 20 years of hotel experience, mostly in sales and marketing. He has held the post of director of sales and marketing in two hotels in Beijing in the JinJiang Group. Prior to joining the Capital Hotel he worked as the director of business development in Traders Upper East Hotel in Beijing.
