Hainan Airlines To Launch Non-stop Beijing-Bangkok Flight

Hainan Airlines Limited has announced that it plans to launch a non-stop Beijing to Bangkok route, starting on September 29, 2010.

The carrier's move comes two months after the launch of its Beijing to Phuket route and offers more alternatives for residents in and around Beijing who wish to travel to Thailand.

The flight HU7995/7996 will be operated four times a week. Outbound flights will depart Beijing Capital International Airport on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays at 20:00 and arrive in Bangkok at 00:10 local time, the next day. Return flights will leave Bangkok on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 01:10 local time and arrive in Beijing at 06:55 local time.

The Haikou-based carrier's network in Southeast Asia has been enhanced by recently launched flights to Phuket, Singapore, and Hanoi. It also plans to open more international routes, including Beijing to Toronto, Beijing to Cairo, and Hangzhou to Sydney flights, by the end of 2010.

So far, Hainan Airlines has opened more than 500 domestic and international routes, covering Asia, Europe, America, and Africa.
