With more than 25 years of culinary experience under his belt, 42 year old Rinaldo Boscaro of Italian/British descent comes to Shangri-La's Kerry Centre Hotel fresh from his most recent posting at the Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta, and previous to that the Shangri-La Hotel Dingshan in Nanjing and the Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok.

Rinaldo's involvement in the culinary arena began in 1979 in London, England. His cooking then took him to the USA, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, China and Thailand where he held various culinary posts with reputable international hotels. In 1997 he won national culinary awards whilst representing the Singapore National Team.

At Shangri-La's Kerry Centre Hotel, Rinaldo is tasked to ensure the continuing success of the hotel's culinary areas and further develop new menus and offerings to enhance The Kerry's cutting edge culinary programmes.
