The Holiday Inn Lido Beijing recently announced the appointment of Josef Schien as Director of Food and Beverage. Prior to joining Holiday Inn Lido Beijing, Josef served with Spago and Tequila Bar and Restaurant in Bali as Restaurant Consulting and Management.

Armed with an extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, Josef brings with him more than 22 years of professional experience in F and B management operations, multi-restaurant operations as well as budget development, business performance forecasting, staff coaching, inventory and cost control with international hotels.
