The 13th China Silk Road Grapes Festival began on August 26, held in memory of the opening of Silk Road some 2100 years ago.

This year, the festival is held in Turpan in Xinjiang Province and it will last for 10 days. At present, there are already 100,000 tourists from China, Germany, Canada, and Japan, to name but a few, who have reached the festival spot.
