Ian Alexandre has been appointed to the position of general manager at Sofitel Wanda Beijing.

Alexandre, an Australian citizen, has worked in the international hospitality industry for more than 20 years. Of these 12 were with ITT Sheraton, culminating with a post at a Sheraton hotel in Shanghai. He then left China and joined the Four Seasons Group where for the last twelve years he worked successively at Four Seasons hotels in Hong Kong, USA, Malaysia, and China.
