A tourism resort area project invested in by Hutchison Whampoa Limited is under construction in Jiangmen City, Guangdong.

The project with a planned investment of RMB2.1 billion includes a resort hotel, a yacht club, a convention and exhibition center, as well as a village with an Italian theme. It is located at Yinhuwan, which is south of Xinhui District, Jiangmen. This project is the first large project with foreign investment in Yinhuwan after the decision to transform it into an eco-tourism area. Its design will combine the concepts of an "international seaside lifestyle" and "natural scenery in Yinhuwan".

Part of this project includes a resort hotel, a yacht club, and a convention and exhibition center is expected to open within four years and the whole project will be completed in eight years.
