Frasers Hospitality has opened the Fraser Suites Top Glory in Shanghai — the eighth property under the Fraser brand in China with another five to be opened by 2010.

The the five tower 317 suite serviced residence in Lujiazui CBD and overlooking the Bund is owned by China’s COFCO group, and run by Singapore-based Frasers Hospitality.

Fraser Suites are built to five-star standards and offer two- three- and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Every apartment comes with living room, dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Each also comes with a comprehensive home entertainment system; broadband Internet access; and full security including keycard access for elevators and an in-room electronic safe. Every apartment is equipped with a washer dryer and a dishwasher.

In addition, residents can access a full range of facilities including tennis courts; business centre; outdoor and indoor heated swimming pools; spa and fitness club complete with aerobics room; steam and sauna rooms; an integrated cafe and lounge; library; games room; and a children’s playground and an indoor playroom.
