China's Ministry of Railway announced that they already notified all the railway bureaus in the country that they can't raise prices for those train tickets which usually run discounts during the Spring Festival period.

The Ministry of Railway has already announced that all the train tickets price won't go up during the festival period this year, but they still received complaints from consumers that some prices had been elevated.

Wang Yongping, the spokesman from the Ministry of Railway, says that those elevated tickets are for some new trains which used to run a discount during the low season, and they were being prepared for a rise to the marked price during the spring festival period.
