With the 50th anniversary of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region approaching, the region has welcomed a new business center to its capital city Yinchuan.

Located at the crossing of Beijing Road and Ning'an Street in Yinchuan, the new Masite Business Center occupies 9.1 hectare with a total construction area of 318,000 square meters, consisting of office buildings, five-star hotels and high-end retailing shops. It is expected to be completed in 2008 right before the 50th anniversary of Yingxia Autonomous Region. It will be managed by Kempinski, upon completion.

The business center is invested in by Ningxia High-tech Development Zone Investment Company, Ningxia Masite Group Investment Company and Ningxia Hanasi Natural Gas Company.
