Esther Xi has been appointed rooms division manager of the Grand Mercure Baolong Hotel.

Xi has 16 years of extensive experience in hospitality management including Radisson SAS Lansheng Hotel, Regal International East Asia Hotel, and Pudong Shangri-La Hotel. Her most recent position was as front office manager of the Novotel Atlantis Shanghai.
