The Intercontinental Hotels Group has appointed John Vouillamoz as general manager of the Crowne Plaza Beijing.

Coming from the French part of Switzerland, Vouillamoz joined IHG in 2005 and has over 28 years of experience in the hotel industry. He spent the last 15 years being in senior management positions with upscale hotels in China and Middle Eastern countries, including the role of executive general manager of Sino-Swiss Hotel and the board director of Beijing State Capital Hotel Limited.

Vouillamoz transfers from his position of general manager Holiday Inn Riverside Wuhan.
