Ayumi Shinagawa has been newly appointed as director of sales and marketing of Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou.

Shinagawa will oversee all sales and marketing activities at the hotel. Shinagawa has been in the hospitality industry for 11 years, and prior to joining Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou, she was director of sales at China World Hotel, Beijing.
