Katherine Xiong has been appointed general manager of the new five-star Wuhan Hong Guang Hotel.

She has more than 30 years experience in the hospitality sector, spending the last decade in Cambodia where she worked for the head of state Crown Prince Sihanouk. She has trained a large quantity of managerial talent, specially in the dining design and the management areas. Before this appointment, she was an assistant general general for more than 10 years.
