Lucy Xu has been promoted to director of sales and marketing at the Radisson Hotel Shanghai New World.

Xu, a Shanghai resident, commenced work at the hotel as director of sales earlier this year. Prior to joining Radisson, she had a progressive career at the Crowne Plaza Shanghai, starting as sales manager in 1997 and director of sales for 4 years prior to her departure from Crowne Plaza. Prior to her sales role, she worked in food and beverage, and her last position was senior restaurant manager.
