Wai Y. Leong has been appointed director of marketing and sales of Radisson Plaza Hotel Tianjin, which is due to open in early 2008.

An Australian, Leong has extensive sales and marketing experience gained from working with international hotel brands like Shangri-La, Meritus Mandarin, Holiday Inn and Starwood. She graduated in hotel management from London and also has an MBA specializing in marketing from Melbourne.
