William Liu has been appointed to the position of director of food and beverage at Crowne Plaza City Centre Changsha.

Liu is a Certified Hotel Administrator and Certified Food & Beverage Executive by the American Hotel & Lodging Association. He has ten years operational and managerial experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to rejoining InterContinental Hotels Group, he worked for a number of leading hotel chains such as Hyatt, Marriott and Accor. His most recent position was director of food and beverage at Mercure Suzhou Park Hotel & Suites.
