Diederik Brinkman is the new general manager of the Holiday Inn Pudong Shanghai.

Brinkman previously served in the same capacity at the Holiday Inn Yangtze Chongqing. He started his career as a chef in his hometown in Holland. Growing through positions in food production, restaurant service and senior management he became a general manager in 2004. He has been working on three continents, but spent most of his career in China where he joined the opening team of Holiday Inn Tian An Wuhan in 1994. He then also worked in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shijiazhuang and Shenyang.
