A signing ceremony has been held in Yinchuan for the Huatai International Hotel jointly built by Thai-based Golden Sky Travel Company Limited and Ningxia Lida Real Estate Company.

Zhang Da, general manager of Ningxia Lida Real Estate Company, signed the agreement with representatives form the Thai company.

This hotel has a total investment of RMB200 million and is built according to four-star standards. The main building of the hotel has already been built by Ningxia Lida Real Estate Company. Now Golden Sky will build the other facilities and decoration. It will also provide management services once the hotel is opened in September 2008.

It will be the first cooperative hotel project in Ningxia between China and Thailand.
