Shenzhen Airlines has signed an agreement to lease three Airbus 320s from the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) PLC and a separate agreement to lease two Boeing 737-800s from the US financial services firm CIT Group/Commercial Services Inc.

The company said in a statement that delivery of the jets is expected between October 2006 to January 2008.

No financial details were provided.
