Xi'an's Renmin Square hotel has appointed Richard Andrieux as Executive Chef.

Andrieux has experience in various sizes of hotels and kitchen operations on 4 continents. For the past 17 years, he has built strong culinary skills as well as strong leadership abilities, communication skills and an ability to adapt and deal efficiently with various cultures.

Andrieux is a National Winner in the Chaine Des Rotisseurs, 1991 in South Africa.
