Shanghai International Hospitality Equipment and Supply Expo 2006 (Hotelex Shanghai) will open its doors at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from April 4-7.

30,000 hospitality decision-makers from over 70 countries and regions and the two most influential food service equipment associations in the world–the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers and Spanish Exporting Manufacturers Association for the Hospitality Industry (AFEHC)–will come to attend.

Four exhibition halls will be arranged for catering, dessert and drinks, cleaning and leisure, and furniture, respectively.
