Shangri-La’s Kerry Centre Hotel Beijing has been awarded Shangri-La's – Group Hotel of The Year 2005. The award was formally presented to Darren Gearing, the General Manager of the hotel ,by Shangri-La's Chief Operating Officer, Symon Bridle and Vice President, James Jin. The event was attended by hotel executives and associates alike. This is an annual award from Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, awarded to one of its 48 operating International Hotels.
