China CITIC Bank has launched a service to compensate passengers in case of delayed flights.

The service is targeted at all credit card holders of China CITIC Bank. The highest amount of compensation they can get is RMB500 for flights that have been postponed for about four hours.

In case of delay, card holders should report to their closest China CITIC Bank or fax the photocopy of their air ticket to claim compensation.

The compensation standard is RMB500 for air tickets worth RMB800 and above, and RMB300 for air tickets worth below RMB800.
