State Guest Friendship Hotel Management has announced Phillip Li's official promotion from Rooms Director of the Presidential Plaza Hotel Beijing to General Manager of Bai Yang Dian State Guest Hot Spring Resort in Hebei Province.

Li, a 5 year veteran of the Presidential Plaza Hotel, and has worked his way up the management ladder in various rooms, revenue and sales management positions. The valuable experience Li gained from the Presidential Plaza Hotel Beijing has equipped him well for his new pre-opening assignment.

Bai Yang Dian State Guest Hot Spring Resort has 112 rooms and is a 4-star new project hotel signed by the State Guest Friendship Hotel Management. The hotel is scheduled to open on August 8th, 2006. Li is the second Presidential Plaza Hotel manager to be promoted to General Manager and reassigned to one of SGF's new hotels.
