Hilton Shanghai has appointed Patrick Urs Buder as the new Director of Food and Beverage.

Buder has over 25 years of hotel and restaurant experience. Prior to joining Hilton Shanghai, he worked in Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and Switzerland.

Buder’s major tasks at Hilton Shanghai will be overseeing the daily operations and assuring that Hilton's high guest standards are maintained at six restaurants, two bars and dining service at the Executive Floor Lounge and two meeting floors.
