Hainan Airlines announced that it will launch a new route between Beijing and Macau, starting October 29.

Zhu Yimin, president of Hainan Airlines, says that the launch of this line will provide more convenience for passengers flying between the two cities, and he says this shows that Hainan Airlines has begun to expand on the Macau market.

Zhu added that this line will play an important role in bridging the communication for economic and social exchanges between the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao.

Hainan Airlines will adopt the Boeing 737-800 plane for the line, and there will be one flight per day.

In addition, Air Macau also runs a daily flight between Macau and Beijing.
