Sanya Marriott Resort & Spa has recently added two new members to its executive team.

Erica Loh has been appointed Director of Rooms Operations. Loh's new role will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Recreation as well as the Quan Spa and the Gift Shop. Prior to taking this position, Loh worked for 6 years with Hotel Equatorial Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City as a Rooms Division Manager. She held the same position while serving at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Loh is a Malaysian native with more than 10 years hospitality experience.

The new Executive Chef position at the hotel has been given to Australian Nicholas J. Major. Major brings more than 20 years of culinary experience in acclaimed restaurants from Western Australia to China, and most recently served as Executive Sous Chef of JW Marriott Shanghai. Major will oversee a vast operation, which includes six dining options, banqueting, in-room dining and outside catering services.
