Renaissance Yangtze Shanghai Hotel has appointed Jon Kong as its new Director of Food and Beverage.

A Hong Kong native, Kong has extensive experience in both the hospitality and private sector leading him around China, including Beijing, Suzhou, and a previous stint in Shanghai.

He has also worked internationally, including Japan, Indonesia and the USA.
