The China National Tourism Administration has published a list of seven travel agencies whose outbound tourists had illegally recently stayed in other countries.

These seven travel agencies are Beijing UTS International Travel Service, China Peace International Tourism Company, China Travel Service Head Office, Beijing Xinhua International Tours, Huayuan International Travel, Tianjin Classical Holiday International Travel Service, and Jilin Oversea Travel Agency.

A combined 34 of their tourists stayed illegally in overseas destinations when they joined trips to Europe, Australia and Singapore. CNTA said that they will punish those travel agencies after further investigation.

Chinese travel agents are tasked with making sure that travelers within their tour groups overseas stay with their group and do not remain in the destination countries.
