Presidential Plaza Hotel Beijing has announced the appointment of Marino D'Antonio as the Chef of Sophia's, an Italian style restaurant soon to be unveiled at the hotel.

D'Antonio, originally from Milan, has a good understanding of the fine dining industry. Prior to joining the Presidential Plaza Hotel Beijing, D'Antonio worked as an Italian Chef on the Silver Cloud, a 6-star vessel that belongs to Silversea Cruises.
