Ken Shao has been appointed as the new Chinese Kitchen Head Chef at Hilton Hefei.

Shao, a Guangdong native, brings more than 24 years experience in the field of culinary arts and is well-traveled in many leading hotels in Guangdong and beyond.

In his new role, Shao will be leading Hilton Hefei's Phoenix restaurant team and overseeing the Chinese Banquet team catering for the 1600 sqm YuanYi Great Hall facilities.
