Jane Pei-Chen Chang has been appointed Director of Operations and Human Resources of Grand Pacific Suites – Shanghai.  Ms. Chang has more than 20 years of luxury hotel industry experience with Inter-Continental Hotels, Starwood and Peninsula group, holding senior management positions in human resources department and other operational departments.

A native of Taiwan, Ms. Chang is a graduate of Long Island University, New York, with an International MBA degree.  She also holds a diploma in Hotel Manangement from the School of Hotel Management and Tourism in Chur, Switzerland.   Ms. Chang will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel operations and human resources of Grand Pacific Suites – Shanghai.

Grand Pacific Suites – Shanghai, opened in September 2004, is owned and operated by Tourism Hotels and Leisure Limited, an accommodation management company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
