Crowne Plaza Shenzhen has announced the promotion of Robert Cheng Hong Qi to the hotel's Director Of Sales.

Cheng has been working with Crowne Plaza Shenzhen since the hotel's opening. He started his career as Front Office Assistant Manager and moved his way up in the organization.

Cheng will be in charge of the sales department, and his duties will revolve around public relations, reservations and catering sales.

Prior of joining Crowne Plaza, Cheng was with Shangri-La Hotel Shenzhen for more than 7 years.
