Bryan Cheong has been promoted to be the new Director of Food and Beverage in Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen.

With over 14 years of experiences in the hotel industry and a remarkable career profile as an Executive Chef, Cheong is no stranger to hotel openings and Shenzhen is Cheong's seventh, so far.

By mid September this year, Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen will unveil a total of six eateries and beverage outlets encompassing International, PanAsian and exotic Chinese cuisines as well as an alfresco-style bar.  Cheong will spearhead the food and beverage team to bring great growth and creativity for the hotel.
