In the second half of August Huseyin Kilic, Sous Chef at the Swissotel Istanbul joined Swissotel Beijing's Chinese Kitchen Team for intense Training in Hong Kong and Beijing Cuisine.

During this period Jacky Chan, Executive Chef of the Chinese Kitchen at the Swissôtel Beijing, and his team where teaching Kilic some very popular Chinese signature dishes like Beijing Duck, Sweet and Sour Shrimp and Hong Kong Style Noodles.
