In an effort to promote the arbitration laws and regulations in the tourism industry, China has set up its first tourism dispute arbitration center in Kunming.

Attached to Kunming Province Arbitration Commission, the center is responsible for popularizing arbitration rules in the tourism industry of the province and to help settle tourism related disputes through arbitration.

In order to do the work well, the Center has decided to employ a group of tourism experts who have received special training on arbitration in this sector.
