Holiday Inn Lido Beijing has placed Frederic Hennequin in the position of Executive Chef.

He has been in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years.

Chef Hennequin brings a wealth of experience from previous culinary positions held in Ramada Plaza Tian Lu Hotel, The Marco Polo Hotel, Grand Hotel Beijing, Regency Cruise Line, Miami and Auberge La Frontaine, France.
