The Hainan Provincial Pricing Bureau says it will arrange and publish by the end of this year the pricing for standard rooms at the star-grade hotels across the province.

The pricing will be based on occupancy situations at the hotels during the peak and low seasons so as to help maintain the normal order in the province's hotel market.

The Hainan Provincial Pricing Bureau is also going to make an individual cost price along with the above said two types of prices to ensure that the hotels can maintain their operation at a price levels no less than the lowest cost price during the off-season and no higher than the maximum controlling price during the peak season.

The Bureau says that the prices will be released through media and serve as standard for the authorities to supervise hotel management and operation.
