From 1 March 2006, the Malaysia Government will offer online visa application services for Chinese travelers.

After the Ministry of Interior of Malaysia has approved the online application, tourists can get their visa when they arrive in the country.

The vice prime minister of Malaysia says that the new measure is an important step taken by Malaysia government in simplifying its visa application procedures.

According to Malaysia local media reports, the online visa application can be approved within 24 hours.
