InterContinental Hotels Group is planning to open the Holiday Inn Binhai Tianjin in the Tianjin Economic and Development Area (TEDA), Tianjin's business and economic hub, by the third quarter of 2005.

The hotel will feature three food and beverage outlets, each with its own distinct offerings – a restaurant featuring a wide array of local and specialty cuisine, a cozy coffee shop serving a selection of popular Western and Asian dishes, and a lobby lounge that will feature live entertainment.

Holiday Inn Binhai Tianjin is a new built hotel with 250 well-appointed guestrooms and suites, and health and recreational facilities that include an indoor swimming pool, two tennis courts, a fully-equipped gym, a billiard hall, a beauty salon and a 500-square meter Spa.
