Mr. Chester Lim has been appointed as the Director of Sales and Marketing of Holiday Inn Temple of Heaven Beijing on October 11th , 2004. His most recent position was the Director of Sales and Marketing of Crowne Plaza Jinan.

Mr. Lim commenced his hotel career in 1986 when he joined the Shangri-la Hotels and Resorts.  Subsequently, he worked in a number of 4 and 5 star hotels in the Asia Pacific region.  In 2001, Chester stepped into China and joined Westin Shanghai Tai Ping Yang as Director of Sales, and later moved back to Malaysia and joined the Nexus Resort Karambunai, Sabah Kuala Lumpur Sales Office, where he worked for two years. In 2003 he returned to China and continued his career at the Crowne Plaza Jinan.

Mr. Lim will be responsible for the hotel's sales and marketing drives, public relations, catering sales and reservations department, all working towards achieving the hotel's revenue objectives.
