Lee Royal Hotel Mudu Opens In Luoyang

The Lee Royal Hotel Mudu, which has opened in the south Luoyang, is the third five-star hotel in the city.

Construction of the hotel commenced on September 18, 2005. The property covers a construction area of 46,419 square meters and consists of 26 floors above ground and a single floor below ground. It has 314 guestrooms; a lounge of more than 1,100-square-meters in area; a ballroom and eight meeting rooms of different sizes; as well as multifunction rooms which can host over 800 guests for banquets or meetings; an indoor swimming pool; sauna rooms; KTV rooms; a fitness center; and a tennis court.

The hotel has an investment of RMB320 million from Molybdenum Industry Group of Luoyang and is managed by the Hong Kong based Lee Gardens International Group. Lee Gardens has managed a number of deluxe five-star business hotels and many four-star hotels including The Garden Hotel Guangzhou and the Bamboo Grove Hotel in Suzhou.

Lee Royal hotel Mudu, with its modern architectural style and a view of 40 acres of European-style court gardens on the south side, is expected to be one of the landmarks of south Luoyang.
