Crowne Plaza Sanya has promoted Philip Wei to the position of executive assistant manager from director of sales and marketing.

Wei has more than 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a wealth of work in the Chinese market; he has held senior management positions with IHG, Shangri-La and Gloria.
