New Role For Chen At Swissotel Kunshan

Daniel Chen has been appointed director of operations at Swissotel Kunshan.

Chen began his career in 1982 in Malaysia where he held various food and beverage positions in a number of Malaysian hotels. In 2005, he moved to Bangkok, Thailand, where he was director of food and beverage with Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel. Most recently, Chen was with the Mayfair Hotel in Shanghai, China as director of food and beverage.
