The China National Tourism Administration recently held a meeting on a plan that involves the participation of six regions to make the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal a green travel route.

The Maya Island, which is said to be China's first museum-style hotel, an investment of Advanced Business Park (China) Holdings Group, has had its soft opening in Beijing, and is expected to officially open in April 2010.
