China's Aviation Industry Lost CNY28 Billion In 2008
Yang Guoqing, deputy director of Civil Aviation Administration of China and a deputy to the current CPPCC meeting, has disclosed to local media that China's aviation industry suffered a total loss of CNY28 billion in 2008, which is said to be the biggest loss suffered by the Chinese aviation industry in 30 years.
China 2008 Tourism Revenue Reached CNY1.16 Trillion
The latest statistics from China National Tourism Administration show that, despite many adverse factors, China's total tourism revenue reached CNY1.16 trillion in 2008, an increase of 5.8% over 2007.
